STATE CONFERENCE

We are excited to be able to have a full program for the kids at conference.

For the evening sessions (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) we will be keeping it simple - watching a movie (or letting them nap!) on site. 

Wednesday morning our kids program will be offsite - and you can choose whether you drop them off, or there will be a bus to transfer children to the kids site. Lunch on Wednesday, the kids will receive their meals offsite (while the parents have a chance to eat and connect with others) before parents pick them up. 

Thursday morning will be offsite again - however lunch (for everyone) will be down by the river together, so children must be collected before going for lunch.

YOUTH PROGRAM
We recognise that our young people may not want to be involved in every session of conference, so we are planning a PIZZA DINNER Tuesday night for our Youth to get together and get to know each other first - then during conference, on Wednesday and Thursday we will have a session for them (during the council meetings) and a space for them to spend time together through the conference.

We are also praying that they will also be impacted by the heart and vision of the CRC through the conference as they build friendships and be a part of some of the sessions.
